Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. ordered two parts one was wrong when delivered. Phoned office they ordered correct part and it was delivered next day. Things do go wrong and it shows how good a company is in how they put it right in this case top marks. Will use MyTub again Great Service....

Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.
