Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!...

It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor....

Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you....
