A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.

My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again....

DELIVERY PROMPT AS EXPECTED BUT I AM WONDERING WHETHER DRIVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, I HEARD THE VAN DRIVE OFF BUT DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THE VAN FOR ME, NEIGHBOUR BROUGHT PARCEL ROUND IN EVENING; I DID SAY IT WAS ULIKELY I WOULD BE IN AND IF NO REPLY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR WHICH HE DID SO THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED...................
