Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Was surprised by the lead time on our order of Twyfords bathroom furniture and sanitary ware but think this is down to Twyfords rather than MyTub. The order processing was very smooth and we preferred to receive the whole order in one delivery and on the date predicted. Delivery was on time and courteous. We especially appreciated the help of the support team to help process a return and credit of a faulty shower tray. Steve really adopted a personal touch to argue our case with Twyford and the refund was effected with minimal effort from us....

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted....
