When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
