Great price, quality product, prompt delivery, what more could a buyer want Excellent service all round from MyTub a well deserved pat on the back to all concerned....

Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.
I would recommend....

An excellent service, kept in touch throughout. Had a small problem over delivery times/dates, but all was sorted to my complete satisfaction.
Many Thanks...

Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.
