Price of product great. Price of postage excessive. Something tells me you are using the postage costs to supplement the cost of the product! ...

Excellent service. Even sourced an obsolete product for me. The communications from Christine have been excellent - I would highly recommend. ...

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place...

Order was received yesterday and the product is great - now I know that this model is the correct one, I’ll be placing an order for more units.
Thank you...

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you....
