we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Smooth ordering process.
Items despatched and delivered to me as planned.
The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
My gas engineer will be able to give a more balanced view when he arrives to service my fire but I cannot see any issues....
