I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....

Thanks you for your prompt service. Could not get ignition button for my cooker hob from manufacturers as no longer make them. You had one in stock and I ordered on Tuesday and received on Thursday - couldnt do better than that!!
