It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. The products and delivery were first class and I would have no qualms about recommending MyTub to anyone! Thankyou MyTub....
