I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed.. The order was processed quickly and delivered on the day which was emailed to me. The address given to the driver via the delivery note did not however have the correct house number. Im sure I printed the address correctly. The driver phoned me and I was able to give the correct house number. Overall Im happy with the service. Thank you....

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order. The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made! To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought! 2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third. After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave. To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it! Overa...
