I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.

Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

Very pleased with goods, had searched for days to find the exact basin I was looking for and found it straight away on mytub! Ordered and received everything in excellent order.
Would recommend to anyone quality etc is exactly as stated and the service is excellent.
Have given out the website address to a few friends so hopefully they should order from mytub, a great website, good value and extremely helpful with any queries!

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . Helpful website made it easy to locate correct replacement part. Picture of part made it even easier. Delivery of part was next day even though order was after 1.00pm. 10 out of 10 for accuracey and speed of service. Will definately use again. ...

Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. It was a bit of a gamble going through an unknown company but I am very pleased with the service received.
