After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you....

The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns....

recieved item thank you, the only issue i have is that we paid the £7.50 for a quicker delivery and but it still took approx 8 working days.
Apart from this i am sure we will use you again....

I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support....
