We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again. ...

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way....
