The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement

Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!...
