I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly....

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. The outstanding order was delivered exactly when you said it would be. This is delighting the customer service - brilliant!...
