I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there....

The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you....
