Order finally got to me. I was kept up to date on the progress but for too long to wait for parts that are advertised at 35 days. ...

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we...

I will be buying through MyTub again. I appreciated the personal touch when there was a query about the delivery of the items I had ordered. Items arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Many thanks....

It took a ridiculous amount of time to receive this item and there seemed to be a very long supply chain....

I have ordered another toilet from this company, took a while to come as the pan came first and the cistern came later but it was worth the wait and everything was well packaged, I will defiantly use this company again....
