Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived....

Great service. Picked up on my comment in the order about urgency of the order and then contacted me to offer an express delivery service which meant that I received the order on the date required. Very helpful service. ...

myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done....

Good service thank you. Nice to be updated with delivery dates. Delivered on day said. Good price compared to same item on other sites. ...

Just wanted to say thanks. I've put my order in.You would not believe the run around I've had trying to get this and the number of places that have told me it doesn't exist or quoted ridiculous prices.
Thanks

Superb service - site is easy to use, emails are informative, and my part arrived in just a few days - massively recommended, especially if - like us - you arent experts in the world of plumbing!...
