Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. The part arrived promptly and was as expected, however the postage cost seems excessive and I did look long and hard to find another supplier because of this but couldnt!

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. My order for the "difficult to source" AirCon filter spares that I needed was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered before the date advised by MyTub.
I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub.... ...James Evans

While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
