I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery. Unfortunately I was too late to achieve the next day deadline, but this lady did all she could to see if this could be achieved for me.

The product I ordered was exactly what I needed.
The website is ok, useable but a bit busy and could look a bit more up market. A minor issue.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay....

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....

Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.
