Equipment exactly as I needed. Did the job in five minutes. Cheaper than elsewhere. Pick-up was great, service friendly and precise. Would use again!...

very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery....

Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason. ...

I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge

I regret that the small half aeration tube was in three pieces. I should be grateful for a replacement.
