Good service, some glitches on the web site – account not behaving properly – but a very welcome quick response to sort things out.
Overall, positive and friendly....

Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections....

Thanks for the service. Everything went really well and the delivery driver was helpful towards my heavily pregnant wife. ...

Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required. ...

I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.
So many thanks for delivering where others failed and for great service. ...

I found the Company MyTub very helpful, well priced and after my electrician found he diid not need the part, only an hour after I had placed the order, they canceled the order without a fuss. I shall certainly place them at the top of my list for future plumbing parts. B.rgds...

Product info on web site excellent, prices competitive.
22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
