Laurie was very helpful, Toilet seat was delivered to rear door as requested as I wasn't in. Altogether the service was excellent. I will certainly use your website first if I ever need more items....

Thank you so much. My order was really small but you'd never know that from the service I received. The sales staff really put themselves out to help. Absolutely faultless from start to finish....

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins

Hello Paul
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been a recent change to our system. We agree with you that it is not quite right and we have now edited our system so as not to be so confusing.
