Disappointed at cost of delivery to here, but MY Tubs are not alone on this. Was how ever relatively pleased with the alternative offered and the rest of the customer service given. Prompt replies to e-mails and helpful staff with the asked for notification when the goods were ready for uplift. Would use again if required....

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.
