Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!...

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. So am very pleased with the service and highly recommend MyTub....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Thank you to all concerned

What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you....
