Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....

I inquired about the Matrix for a Focal Point gas fire as I wasn't sure if it was the correct one and kindly MYtub assistants enquired for me to Focal Point to make sure it was the correct part. I then ordered the part and could trace its progress on Mytubs web site, which I found very useful. Mytub kept me up to date on the order through emails also. I quickly received the part via a courier which was very well packaged as the parts were delicate and were in perfect condition. Thank you Mytub....

Although what I ordered was the cheapest I could find online, the delivery of around 2 weeks was very long, especially when most sites nowadays offer a two or even next-day delivery. Two weeks without a fully-working shower is a long time to have to wait.
When the parts were delivered I wasnt home, so they were taken to a centre, more than a 90 minute trip from my house, which was quite inconvinient.
Still, I have the parts now, Ive fitted them and my shower is as good as new....
