Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend and will you again if I have need to...

Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
Thank you. ...

My toilet seat arrived this morning having only ordered it yesterday. It is already in situ which is a relief with guests staying this weekend. A superb service. Many thanks. We will certainly recommend you to friends....

The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery
The chaps at the plumb cent...
