The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. I have made two seperate orders for radiators and both have arrived when advised without any problems.I think the email contact with Laurie is excellent. The website could be easier to navigate and a few more pictures of the products would help the non professional....

I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again....
