Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length
Otherwise, everything was as expected.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Only neg, I stated for parcel to be left behind my bins on drive, message was not passed on, so I had to ring and request it for next day delivery....

I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!...
