Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option....
