On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.
