I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.
I would highly recommend your services....

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

Thank you for all your trouble, as I appreciate that I had asked for something a little unusual. Thanks for chasing it up when it did not arrive, and am pleased to say it arrived on Momday as promised. Once again many thanks for your effort and service. Peter Radford....
