The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints.
