Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub...
