Christine, thank you for your great communication and going that extra mile in sourcing the specialist tube for our pneumatic system at our hospital in Basingstoke . A great company would highly recommend .

Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential....

The young lady who helped me , Jeanette , displayed customer care and a willingness to assist so rarely seen these days. She has a pleasant attitude and nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you !...
