Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here! Got the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Slight mix up on delivery date and pedestal came later but sorted out OK and very good customer service. Would give 4 out of 5 given mix up but 5 out of 5 if it were not for that. Would definitly reccommend and go back if I need anything in future....

Not very impressed. I ordered a white REGAL slim Line S374001 6L Side Supply, and you have sent me a black Conceala S6216.

Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast....

Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!
