Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you...

Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....

Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks! ...

Great price, only let down was the slow delivery time.
