My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation...

The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.
