I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!
------------- -----------------
Good afternoon,
We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
Regards

Hi,
Product arrived when advised. Communication was good and item was as described.
Wish it was available in white though ...
Thanks...

The item was out of stock at the time of ordering. Immediately got a call about a delay, which was not a problem. Great to be updated.
Good all round service. Goods arrived after a short but acceptable delay....

Once again thank you so so so much.
