I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
