Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

The ordering process was straightforward. Items required were easy to find. Prices were competitive. The part delivery items were recieved promptly, and the remaining item as soon as practicable afterwards. Email communication was clear and thorough.
Thanks again...

Thank You. An excellent Service, with constant updates keeping me informed. A speedy delivery. The free delivery over £25.00 is a sale clincher. Highly Recommended. Top of my links from now on. ...

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I need to order the basin to go with it Salgar Motril 8100mm but cannot find it on your website. Please advise me of its code so that i can order it for delivery after Xmas. Many thanks....

MyTub did an excellent job, total satisfaction. Even though I originally ordered the wrong item, they were happy to help replace it with the correct one....
