Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged.
