Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.
