Excellent service throughout. Including availability information, order processing, delivery and then resolving a problem caused by me ordering the wrong item by mistake and then arranging the return and supply of the replacement promptly. ...

My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.

Helpful website made it easy to locate correct replacement part. Picture of part made it even easier. Delivery of part was next day even though order was after 1.00pm. 10 out of 10 for accuracey and speed of service. Will definately use again. ...

A little confusion between myself and sales team.
However, I still received the order some days later.
Saved me looking elsewhere.
Thanks....
