In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.

Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.
