The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful....

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
