The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. my order was late even though i have an email stating it was deliverd on Friday 9th May, when it did arive Wednesday 14th May part of my delivery had bits missing and looked like it was picked up of the workshop floor, so wasnt to impressed!!!...

It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued....

I was really pleased that MyTub was able to supply a Mira Tile Upstand Kit at such a good price £19.92 as opposed to the £28.70 RRP. However, I was most unhappy about having to pay the relatively high £12.50 VAT delivery charge. Jeanette at Mytub, though, told me that I could avoid paying for delivery by collecting the item from my local Plumbcenter store. This was no bother as it was only about 1.5 miles from my home.
Not wishing to pay the £12.50 VAT delivery charge, I might well have purchased the item from another internet store had Jeanette not mentioned Mytubs collection arrangement with Plumbcenter. Perhaps Mytub should publicise this arrangement more on their website.
Overall, Mytub provides an excellent and very helpful service.

Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.
