Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...

Dear Mytub, your service was superb. Your comms excellent throughout. The item received in double quick time which was most appreciated. Thank you. ...

Thank for trying to supply me with the parts but without the O rings the job cannot go ahead.
Will have to think about what to do next.
The main thing is I now know about you.
Cheers ,Ian Garrod...
