Very pleased with the service that we received. The part arrived promptly from the other side of the world. There was an issue with the cost of the freight to start with but that was rectified and we were very happy....

Thermocouple was fine but I thought the package & post costs of £5.99 could be better, I am sure you could improve on it....

Rachel was excellent in proactively tracking down the part we required before any other company could get it to us. She was a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated excellent customer service, a skill that is unfortunately so hard to find these days. Thanks Rachel....

Exemplary service. Originally placed order on ebay but was let down greatly. Your companys handling of my order was first rate and your communications excellent. I was updated regularly regarding the delivery status leaving me free to carry on with other things. THANK YOU....

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. I would like to say thank you to Jeanette who took my call, she was very helpful.
Thank You
